oh yeah... any smell of rotten egg coming from them after reaching operating temp...do any of them glow red...ie super hot after a good drive ?

ill have to check to see if they are glowing. do you know where or best place to get a new cat? i can replace it myself.

Before getting too excited, you should get them checked. An exhaust shop can diagnose it, to make sure. You don't want to just throw parts like cats at it. That will nickel and dime you to death.

Is it possible that you could have an vacuum leak? Not that a vac leak would cause misfires all by itself but it could be contributing to the issues. Just a thought.

If the vac leak was that severe, I'd think he'd also be getting lean codes
