05 f150 spark plugs

I bought my truck and it had the plugs changed to the new MC SP 515 plugs. My question is now that i need to change them, is it going to be a bother or do these new plugs just pull out?

Depends did they use the nickel anti seize per the TSB

It was done at a ford dealer so I would think they do that. Not to mention aren't the new coils 1 piece?
