05 F150 power steering return line

05 F150 power steering return line
I have a 2005 F150 and the power steering return line is leaking. I have found the part on ford for $110. Part number 3D746B return hose to reservoir unfinned cooling. My question is instead of replacing it with that part can I just use a power steering finned cooler and PS Hose to fix it and make it cool better. Any advice will help.
