Default 05 f150 hesitation at complete stop

I've searched and haven't found an issue that is identical to mine. 05 f150 2wd 150k miles. Transmission replaced 30-40k miles ago. Checked trans fluid and rear end fluid both seemed okay to me. The issue : When driving, only from a complete stop, I will push the gas it will have no response for maybe .5-2 seconds then jump and be completely fine after that. Doesn't do it in reverse. I'm leaning towards transmission or rear end as the culprit. No codes have been thrown. I will attach some pictures of the fluid from trans and magnet from rear end. Also the last picture with my thumb in it and the paper towel, there are shiny bits of metal (I believe) too small for me to tell. Any help would be appreciated

Yes. When I push the gas I get a response, it just won't move then it jumps almost like it's catching up

Said he replaced it 30 or 40k ago.
I just wonder if it was serviced in that time.
The fluid on your paper towel doesn't look that horrible.

Junk yard tranny or ?

Update : Just did a little more driving around the neighborhood. It did hesitate while cold (under operating temps). Tried manually shifting gears from 1-2-D, did not do it whatsoever. Only happens when in Drive. Any thoughts? I'm stumped
