Greetings, I have an 05 f150 xlt 4x4 5.4l. I noticed that a vibration started in the front end drivers side whenever I hit a sharp bump. It almost feels like the common residual vibration from the box whenever a bump is hit but now in the front. It is just the drivers side front that does this, and does dissappear a second later. The shocks are all fairly new so not suspecting that. When I kick the front tire on the drivers side I can hear a tick noise, when I kick the rest of the tires there is no noise. I know this isn't much to go one but was hoping for an idea before I have to take it into the shop.

Check the upper control arm ball joints they are known to go bad.
