Default 05 F-150 front hub issue

Hey guys, so I have a 05 F-150 4x4 and have been hearing a noise from what I thought was the left front tire, so I jacked up truck and with truck not running the left tire spins and right didn't. With it running jacked up left tire spins with cv axle and right tire spins without cv axle. I thought the right side was bad (noticeable less tread on right tire) so I replaced actuator, cv axle, and hub itself, along with IWE solenoid because of all the problems I have heard about with the stock one. Now driving I no longer hear noise on left, I hear a similar noise on right over 30mph, which is like a metal on metal grind. I double checked the install and made sure everything was tight and such, also note that both sides vacuum lines are receiving suction to actuator. I'm at a complete loss as to what it is, my only guess is to tear apart left side and replace that actuator. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

there is an actuator on the firewall that is prone to failure in the 04-08 trucks...but first i would make sure you have good vacuum at the hubs with the engine running

if you take the vacuum lines off and drive the truck does it still make the noise?

update- unplugged the vacuum lines and drove a few miles, no noise at all... leading me to think left actuator as well? what do you think?

the only thing i would do is disconnect one at a time then drive the truck..just to verify its the left side...there is a small chance you got a bad part

Update. I have replaced the following parts on both sides-
Cv axles
Hubs
Hub actuators
The iwe vacuum solenoid
And both sides have vacuum suction and lock into 4x4, but noise starts and stays when truck is over 30mph on both sides. I also noted there is constant vacuum suction from both side lines when truck is on and in 2wd. Is that normal? Maybe hubs are still locking in 2wd... Any ideas? Thanks guys
