My 04 FX4 had the trans leak all the fluid out the front, so I took it to a trans repair shop with a good reputation in the area. It has 160 thousand on it so I told them to go thru it. After the overhaul, my low end torque is gone. I took my bully dog tuner off the truck and updated it and reloaded the same (87 octane) tune level back on, still no help. before trans repair I could turn the tires from a stop for about 10 to 15 feet. Now I can barely get them to turn for five feet on wet pavement. I asked the guy at the trans shop if they did anything to the computer but he said no. Anyone ever run across this type problem before, or have any thoughts?

I ran across the post about throttle position reset, and will try that later today. Maybe the trans shop screwed that up somehow.
