04 FX4 Extended Cab missing front Seatbelt Harness
I bought a 2004 FX4 Extended cab today and it turns out the front seats have been swapped out with F150 Crew Cab front seats that do not have the built in seatbelt harness. Does anyone know if I am able to attach the harness to this existing seat or am I going to need to replace the whole seat? I searched all over this site and couldn't find an answer.

Still blows my mind that people willingly do not wear seatbelts. Sorry, that's off topic though.
OP that sucks you may have to swap in new seats. Sounds like the previous owner wasn't too bright.

I wonder why the seats were swapped in the first place, unless a previous owner swapped in some leather seats?
The seat back frames may be the same in these seats as those that have the integrated seat belts, but finding a set of donor front seats so you can get the belts, upper cover, and the other hardware will be "fun". If you can, I'd just unbolt the seat back from the donor seats and attach to your seat bottoms. If you have to swap the seat cover as well, it's not hard to do, just time consuming.

If you can't find the seats, there might be a small chance that you could swap out the assemblies from an '09 up that are mounted in the scab door. You would have to compare the two at a scrap yard to see if they are the same.

I ended up getting lucky today and finding a donor set of seats from a wreck. Pain in the *** to get them all out but I got a whole set, front and back, for a great price. Don't need the back seats or the jump seat so I'll prob clean them up real well and try to sell them.

Why does it matter? It's not your life. Has nothen to do with anyone else if you don't wear a seatbelt.
