04 FX4 4X4 Light turns on then instantly off
I have an 04 f150 FX4 when i turn on the ignition the 4x4 light turn on, whuile the truck is running if i put the truck into 4 wheel drive the light turns on then off instantly. the trucks 4 wheel drive still works but the light doesnt work. any answer can help.

I have the same problem with my 05. The 4x4 high ligh turns off but if you put it in 4x4 low the light comes on. Sometimes my 4x4 will not engage so if I unplug the switch that is ontop of the transfer case and plug it back it will work again. Have you have this issue?
