I have a 2004 Ford F150 xt cab new model.

My truck idles at low RPMs and will die every once in a while. I have taken my throttle body apart and cleaned it and no luck. Still dies. When i start it... it will idle at high rpms like its stuck at high throttle. It has shown codes Forced Throttle Stuck Open before.

What should i do ?

Replace the TPS(throttle position sensor), thats my shot in the dark.

what did you use to pull the code? could be the tps, if you plan to change it out, follow the manual's instructions.
