04 F150 warning chime?

If it is Long beeps similar to low fuel chime (but repeating). That is what I am saying is tied to your indicator light. While you have the panel out, might as well check the airbag light there. If it is not coming on when you first turn the ignition this is the source of the long beep 5 times in sets of 5. if it is the short fast... thats the belt minder.

So I had to ordered a replacement cluster on ebay, once I get THAT straightened out HOPEFULLY I be back to square one with the buzzing. Which is 5 sets of 5 long beeps. I do not know if they're similar to the low fuel chime because I have honestly never let the thing get below a quarter tank. But I know what the beltminder sound usually sounds like when I forget to buckle and it isn't the same.
I swear I'm never messing around with the inside of this truck again once I'm done with this.

All the sudden that carpet being in there doesn't sound so bad. Sorry, had to.

Ouch tough luck there. I assume you took all the seats out to remove the carpet. Did you hook the seat belt wires back in? Also the weight sensor for the airbags? This may also cause the tones. Check your connection there too.

Well once I put the new cluster in I realized that I now had an airbag light flashing on and off, but the chiming has been gone ever since. I have yet to figure out what's causing the airbag light and frankly I stopped caring.
So, maybe see if the airbag light bulb in your cluster is out. That's the best solution I can offer. Obviously DON'T take the cluster apart and try pulling out the buzzer, that was a stupid idea on my part.
