Do you own and know how to use a multimeter?
You new some in truck diagnosis to isolate the issue.
I am suspicious of the above suggestion. Unless you had everything in your truck running at once (headlights, blower motor, heated seats, etc) for a long period of time and have a high trim level it wouldn't matter if the amps of the alt were lower.
That's not to say it's not the issue I am just suspicious. In truck diag to ensure its functioning correct in the truck. I also don't truck parts store testers as many have been shown to be functioning incorrectly.

No,i don't own a multimeter.
I put her to the work shop of trust to measure the electric voltage and hopefully solve the problem.
If i need a new alternator, it takes about one week to get it because the F150 isn't sold over here. Therefore replacement parts are shipped from overseas.
I'll report as soon as i know what the problem is.
You guys did a great job so far, but electrical diagnosis is not my favorite and obviously i can't fix it of my own.

Why?
Then you are just throwing parts at it. That is more often a big waste of money. I see way too many people on here just replacing parts in hopes of solving an issue when an hour of diagnostic time could have narrowed the issue to a specific part.
Diagnose the issue then replace what is necessary. It may well be the alt but why not just check it out first?

Just called my mechanic and he told me that everything is working as usual. He couldn't find any problem i stated above. Today he's going to drive a longer distance to see what happens. A ride for about half an hour the last day didn't show up any problems. He will clean all the plugs and battery terminals and maybe the problem is solved.
Though i'll try to measure it by myself and learn something more bout my truck
Dirttracker18: looks like you're a sharp lad in this regard, so in the near future you'll have to answer a lot of my dumb questions until i know what caused this issue

I appreciate the thought, I will try to help out where I can. There are many on this board that have far more knowledge then I. Sometimes we just disagree on the approach or diagnosis.
Thank again though

As your mechanic noted, bad connections are a common cause of strange electrical issues.

What I wanted to convay was ...if he replaced the Alt... do it with a brand new motorcraft Alt...not a re-man or aftermarket POS ... he is in another country and has to wait up to 30 days for parts...why wait for a re-man they may be bad...

It came across as to say go buy an alt.
