Got my baby back today and everything works fine at the moment.
The alt was tested and it generates about 14 volts and a maximum of 70 amps, when almost every power consumer is activated. Without the power consumers it's about 50 amps. Do you think, it's too weak?
Could it be a reason that i drive only about 6 miles to work almost every day so that the battery cannot be charged enough with this alt?
If so, i'd order me a stronger alt.
techrep: i had the same thougt as you, to buy a new motorcraft alt if the actual alt is bad and not to hopingly solve the problem with this.

Short update
The alternator generates 14+ volts and 50-70 amps, depends on how many electric consumers are on.
All the plugs around the charging system were checked and cleaned, the terminals of the battery cleaned, the grounding of the alternator checked too and the battery charged.
Until now the issue didn't show up again.
