04 f150 4x4 v8 3v 5.4 changed oil
i just changed the oil in my truck today also the filter and the air filter the oil was black and low b4 i changed it and it wasn't running to good. a week ago i changed all the plugs and the fifth coil cuz it was misfiring. i can tell it restored alot of the power and runs alot better i also noticed alot of yellow stuff on the oil cap and some goin down the pipe i have no idea what it is but it bothers me a bit if u got any questions just ask

Try more periods (.) in your run on sentences!
The yellow is moisture in the crankcase. If you do lots of short trips, the engine doesn't get to temperature long enough to burn off the moisture. The fact that you were low in oil did not help matters. Your 5.4 takes 7 quarts with an oil filter. Check it weekly. You'll do your engine a big favor and get it to last much longer.
