04 f150 4.6l 74k miles...
Let me start by saying I have just registered to this site finally , after using it for years , Thanks for all your help , now more issues.....
My 04 f150 4.6l with 74k miles on it has had done so far:
rebuilt differential at approximately 35k
rebuilt transmission 1 year warranty at around 38k
refurbished transmission at 72k
new air intake manifold at 72k
new plugs , coils , fuel filter at 73k after major power loss and shaking like crazy , now at 74k when I start to pull away from a stop it shakes like 3 light jumps , than feels normal , than it feels like 1st gear is slipping , now its doing it between 3 gear and drive , at least it feels like it .
I have no idea and could use some help , btw I am a carpenter , not a mechanic so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Holy crap! 2 transmissions in 74k? That's some serious bad luck bro. I would look into replacing your plugs and COP's for the bucking.

If you havn't replaced the FPDM, time to take a look. Drop your spare tire and look up at the frame. The FPDM has an aluminum housing that usually is attacked by electrolysis. Held on with 2 bolts and a clip in wire harness. If the aluminum is corroded replace it. Amazon has them by Dorman for $58.
Sounds like your luck is not so great.
My 2004 4.6L 4X4 is at 73,000 miles with only standard maintenance so far.
A great truck.
