Trust me. I'm there to I've done the phasers n timing sets 3 times. they have about 300 miles and the tensioner is bad again. when I fire it up, very bad knock for about 30-60 seconds. does it long enough for the check gauges light to go out. only does after it sits overnight, but it sounds bad. I don't know what to do next aside from replace the motor
