Okay. I'll give it a quick look over at first light in the morning. I put the plugs collars (or whatever they are) back on and it seemed as if they didn't effect any thing. The plug didn't seem broken. Just the part with the threads came out. Will I need that tool from a store (autozone has it for $130 to rent) to pull them out even though the porcelain didn't break off?

yea, you will need the tool. I luckily have not had to use one but if the porcelain did not break, you may have to break it with some needle nose pliers so that the tool can grip the inside to twist out. There are plenty of threads on this, I would check the stickies.
Good luck

Well I checked out that section of harness and I can't find any damage. I'm not sure what to do now.

Well I live about 3 miles from a Ford dealer and was going to take it there and have them check it out. But instead I'm about a mile from the house on the side of the road pouring oil on the ground from what looks like prices of a rod on the ground. Oh well. I'll update after they let me know what it is exactly. Very strange for a coil to cause.

Yeah now I'm really starting to question if the coil was even the problem.

They didn't have a chance to get to it today. They said it would be first thing in the morning. But, there was a hole in the block just above the oil pan and right next to the starter. If they tell me its a coil, I'm going to loose my mind!

Ford called. Threw the number three rod through the block. They want $9,521.73 to fix it. So, with that being said, I'll just bring home a new Silverado tomorrow. Was the first and last Ford I'll ever own. Sorry guys but thanks for all the help as it truely is appreciated.

Sorry to hear about that man. I wouldn't throw Ford under the bus because the truck threw a rod though. That's caused by improper maintenance or running it too hard. It is a risk you run with any used vehicle. That is not a common issue with these trucks.
