hey i have a long block 5.4l 3v sans oil pan or valve covers, that im looking to get rid of. Its never been installed still in the shipping crate.

Im confused, This post says an 04 3v... I thought the 3v was not used in the f150s until 08 or 09.

What about the Ignition Control module? Would this not cause these symptoms?
