How many miles are on the shocks? If they're factory with 100k+ miles, Bilsteins or Rancho quicklifts wouldn't be bad. But 2 or 2.5" levels are fine. Recommend Autospring.

Straight forward and not too bad, as long as it isn't 3". I have no idea how people jam those in there; I had a tough time with my 2".

I loved my last truck with a 3" went 2.5 " on the new one. Got it for free but I would still pay for that extra .5"
