Default 04-08 F150 5.4L Lariat 4x4 Reoccurring bogging problem

So I've owned this truck for about a year now and when I got it, it never had a real bad bogging problem but it slowly developed and has gotten much worse. I have read many other threads on this problem where people experience the same exact patterns. It will sound normal then bog down at 1600-2000 Rpms and then pick up speed and power again at 2000rpms. It makes like a loud groan sound like its struggling and loosing power. Some have said it could be with the air intake bringing in hot air, some said coils. I'm not sure where to start. It has no check engine light. Usually idles pretty normal with an occasional rough idle. Has stalled on me one time recently as I was approaching a stop sign. I am wondering if it's a vaccuum leak somewhere but I can't really hear any hissing sounds as if there was one. If anyone has had this problem with a solution or any tips all is welcome. I'm about fed up with loss of power. It's terrible for towing and just about embarrassing.

Have you done the standard stuff, clean the TB, air filter, fuel filter, replace FPDM, clean MAF?

cleaned the TB, changed air filter, and cleaned the MAF. However, I have not changed fuel filter or checked the FPDM

I just changed my FPDM, cost $65 and 15 mins of my day. It solved the bogging completely. My truck has over 150k miles and that was the only thing on the list that I hadn't changed on that list. I recommend everyone to change it out as soon as possible.
