Why do you need a 30-40k auto loan to buy a $10,000 2009 F150? It would make no sense to spend $2-3K on a 5+ year old truck to do that unless it was wrecked to begin with. Makes much more sense to sell it and buy a 2009.

Thanks for the serious replies. To everyone else, I have the flareside bed and prefer that bed and tail lights over the new style. Also, it is a lot cheaper to replace the fenders, hood, grill, headlights, and bumper then buying a new truck. Especially when you can do all the labor yourself. I do know a thing or two. Thanks

Only 09 your gonna find for 10,000 is going to be a XL reg cab stick shift and prolly 100,000 miles... And did I mention v6? I'd rather do a front end swap as well... Definitely post up the photo shop would like to see that

Yea definately a downgrade for me. No thanks I'll stick with my 06 Lariat and do a front end swap and have another 3 or 4 years before I'm at a 100k miles.
