Default 02 sensor and bogging down issue

ok so far i have put in a new FPMD, new fuel filter, new bank 1 precat O2 sensor. sealed the air box at the filter tray and at the intake manifold and put in new spark plugs today which actually only took an hour and none broke . so my buddy who is a mechanic hooked his code reader up to and after he cleared the codes it comes back as P2195 code. as we watched the data stream thru on the reader everytime we would clear the codes the o2 sensor would reading would spike up to 53 then as we drove a bit it would come back into normal. after i drove it home there wasn't a check engine light but it still boggs down but definitely not as often. anyone have any suggestions about this thing its driving me crazy. thanks oh ya forgot that the intake air temperature was wrong too it said it was 60 degrees but it was only 30 degrees out.

Have you checked the air filter, snorkel, and inside the fender? Sometimes the inner fender where the snorkel attaches can get filled with debris. That might restrict airflow and/or suck in leaves and junk that clog the snorkel.

Did you use a Motorcraft O2 sensor?

Like other things in our truck they prefer Motorcraft parts

i used a crappy )2 sensor but i just ordered a bosch sensor so i'll put that in when i get it.

as far as the cat being clogged how do i check that? we cleaned out the throttle body, the MAF is cleaned. its only after the truck gets warmed up to operating temp that this happens. thanks again

Pull the O2 sensor in front of the cat and see how it runs. If it runs better the cat is plugged.

Even the the Bosch are slow to react. Do a search on it
