0-60 mph upgrades
#11
Hi.
lol
Well - the Fartmaster was a step in the opposite ( wrong) direction. If you wanted to improve 0-60, reducing torque by decreasing cylinder scavenging is not gonna help one bit. Same with the Warm Air Intake - raising IATs just forces the PCM to pull timing. And the paltry power gains also do not help.
Oh - fer a true 0-60 boost, you need 4.56's, not 4.10's.
Longtubes, X-pipe unchambered straight-through mufflers, 2.5" max mandrel-bent tubing.
A fully datalogged custom 93 perf tune from reputable SCT tuning dealer.
Lastly - weight reduction - both static and rotational mass.
Does not appear that yer serious here? Just sayin' ...
good luck

Thanks, I will look into it.. but my oem muffler was dripping water so I got the performance exhaust kit everyone was saying was good for my year model, engine size, ect.. I have an automatic limited slip , so I will look and see if my axle will house the 4:56s.. If I can get the swapped out for around 900 installed, I will do that, shrug.. I only had the 4:10s for 20,000 miles.
