Default 0-60 mph upgrades

I am looking to get all the mods I can for 0-60 mph improvements.. I have currently done Flowmaster exhaust system, 4:10 gears, cold air intake, and 93 octang performance programmer.

Other than adding a turbo, or supercharger is there anymore mods to improve this?

Headers and a custom dyno tune specific to your truck.

Underdrive pulleys and electric fans should free up a few extra HP.

I also heard that smaller rims helps too.. I am currently running Nitto 420s 305/45/22.. Anyone notice a difference in rim size?

Yea, 18's or smaller.... And I'd add more gear, suspension, Stickier tires, Nitrous.

There are lots of Drag Radials in a 17.... Look up rear suspension mods for the svt lightings and see if you can find the same parts for your truck.... Another trick the lightning guys do is remove some of the leafs from there rear spring pack... It soften the ride and helps the tires plant better, but hurts payload capabilities. I'd swap to a 4.56 rear gear. And with what can be done with a custom tune, your truck should wake up real nice.
