Has anyone had an issue where when having the AC on, fan speeds one and two do nothing, and the fan doesnt come on until speed 3? And speed 3 seems to blow as hard as 3 should. However, this problem doesnt occur when using the heater?
Anyone else have this problem or any ideas??

Did the wrap today on mine.....
I just did the section from the Firewall to the part where the factory has some insulation on the line.... Then Home Depot has some self stick foil insulation, and I did the best I could sticking that on....
I did take some of the sticky foil wrap and just wrapped the line right where it gets near the exhaust manifold....
I do not expect much of a change, but any would be nice....

I have a question. I have access to software to custom tune my truck. I was looking at some settings in the A/C section and figured before I go messing with them, I'd ask here.
So my trucks computer code is WBY5. The newest Ford codes is WBY7. I compared these two and noticed a change to the A/C settings.
WBY5
AC Head Pressure to Disable Clutch = 475
AC Head Pressure to Reenable Clutch = 340
WBY7
AC Head Pressure to Disable Clutch = 465
AC Head Pressure to Reenable Clutch = 340
So as you can see in the newer code, Ford lowered the PSI to Disable the Clutch. My truck still runs the older code WBY5. Generally you would think that if Ford creates and update, it should be "better". We know this is not always so. The question is, which would be better and why? I dont want to mess up my A/C system, but I'm looking at this as a possible alternative to getting a little better cooling, within reason.
