Ok, so my truck went in for the second time for a transmission leak. It is a 2009 with a 5.4 and 3.55 rear end. Well we dropped the truck off Tuesday the 6th and they still have not changed the gasket, which they diagnosed as the problem. So, tomorrow it will be one week since the truck went in, and still have no confirmation as to when it should be done. Do you guys think it is time to go get the truck and take it to another dealership?

Call Ford customer service, they will scare the pooh out of the dealer.

Yep, true that. When I had a problem with my truck I called Customer Service and complained and the dealer literally called me back within 30 mins to clear everything up!

Finally got them to supply a rental. They tried to supply a small sedan, but they are servicing a pick up, I thought a pick up would be more fitting. Knowing that the dealer is a bunch of crooks, I was doubtful they'd supply a truck. Well, those 's took it a bit furthur and now I got a white Chebby 1500. I realllllllly hope no one I know drives past tonight, I don't want to be embarressed. If I don't have a call from the dealer by 4:30 tomorrow, I will be calling Ford Customer Service, because c'mon, 1 week for a gasket?
