Default Wiggle Key - Dash Lights Up

When I lightly wiggle the key in my 2013 F-150 ignition, the dash blinks, the seat starts to move forward and more, like the ignition is going active. We are talking light wiggle here, like pushing slightly on the key, but not turning it.

The truck is fairly new to me. Does this sound normal?

Can't say I've lightly wiggled my key in the ignition.... I either put it in and turn it or I turn it and take it out. Ain't nobody got time for wiggling keys.

Did that stop the issue or improve it?

Didn't we kind of narrow the parasitic battery draw to the ignition.
Some felt the ignition didn't shut down the electronic's. Maybe the wiggle is part of the issue.
When you say "wiggle." Do you mean.. like loose forward and back, or kind of wobbling (sloppy)?

I just looked more carefully to see exactly what I do to the key to cause a reaction. If I put my finger on the key and "lightly" push in, push up or down, or push to either side, the looseness of the cylinder acts like it is shorting something.

And let me clarification the symptoms. When I open the door and reach for the key, all the interior lights have just come on along with the center console display lighting up. Then when I touch the key, the ignition warning bell starts dinging (the door is open) and the instrument cluster lights up and the seat starts moving, and it all tricks you into thinking a lot more is going on than what the key is causing. This time I got in and shut the door and let the lights go out before I touched the key. It turns out the instrument cluster lights and the seat are actually the only things reacting to the movement of the key. The rest was an illusion.
