[QUOTE=mbullock;2990425]Says the guy that changed his exhaust!!!(Flowmaster) Why did you do that? Why change something you spent allot of money on? Do you hate your truck or something?[QUOTE]
And the sad part is id be willing to bet that he put a aluminized flowmaster on it. So not only did he remove a stainless factory muffler he also installed a crappier muffler made of worse material.

4Runner Driver
The gas mileage.
The "schizomatic" transmission.
The worst door handle design ever.
The throttle lag.
Sync (took care of that).
The absolute lack of feedback and overly powerful assist from the EPAS at low speeds.
The lumbar support in the driver's seat being too high.
The flimsy plastic "step" in the rear bumper.
The lack of convenient ground points on the front bumper.
That it's my only debt. (Not bad for a 31 year old, I know, but I HATE debt.)
How inconvenient SuperCab doors are in parking lots.
That rattle deep in the dash that I haven't been able to find.
That the trailer brake controller wasn't included in the towing package.
I genuinely didn't like my truck for all of those reasons... Then I started towing with it (which is why I bought it in the first place)... This truck is the best overall "work truck" I've ever owned. I've pulled trees out of the ground, drug a busted trailer through mud, pulled my 16-ft utility trailer all over Texas, drug a 20-ft picnic table 100 feet through tall weeds and mud, pulled poles down in a partially-collapsed pole barn to finish it off, and hauled three pallets of blown-in insulation between the bed and my dad's 8-ft trailer.
I've used it harder than I've used anything except my 2003 Ram 1500 already, and it hasn't cared. That little 3.7 is the Mighty Mite of truck engines, the "schizomatic" transmission finds its senses in tow/haul mode, the brakes are excellent (durability will probably be an issue, since that's common on these trucks, but for now, they STOP!), it even gets good gas mileage when towing (its literally NO worse than when NOT towing).

Very time I get in this truck, I'm comfortable. It sounds good (Flowmaster). It rides like a limo. Room? Omg. Everyone that gets in say they can't believe how big it is inside. Quality materials. Looks great. I LOVE THIS TRUCK.
Why is everyone looking to refit, rebuild, re wheel, raise, lower or something. 30, 40 or 50 k for truck to start f-ing with. The next owner is looking for this truck right now.
Please tell me why you paid so much for something you hate and want to change.

There are plenty, and AC/Summer season is the high time for it for sure. That recirc is super annoying, not a deal breaker for sure, and there is no way to change it.
*knocks on wood* if that is my biggest problem ever with this truck, I will be VERY happy.
