Some of these are not major but,

2013 f150 fx4 7400 miles bought march 2013 $51k dealer priced truck(btw)

Speedometer is off
Transmission has a leaking seal
Passenger side squeak suspension in front
Windshield wipers are stuck on as of right now at the dealer waiting... I have to work tonight and it's 1300 already.
My ford touch doesn't have app link unlike the lower end sync systems (really ford?)
Gas tank reading changes showing 1/8 of a tank or 60miles less then will come back to what you actually have.

Ashley,

I'm in good hands at the dealer I have a great service advisor just not good timing on the windshield wiper issue. If it gets out of hand I'll let you know but he always takes care of me.

Thanks!

Looks like they are going to order me a switch for the wiper blades. But this makes me wonder this happened at 7400 miles and I have a friend that had her turn signal stuck on at 24000 miles so who thinks this is going to be a reoccurring problem?

I don't hate my truck but my wife does. As she puts it "you spend more time with the lady in your dash then you spend with me" What can I say but I enjoy driving my new ride

Why is everyone looking to refit, rebuild, re wheel, raise, lower or something. 30, 40 or 50 k for truck to start f-ing with. The next owner is looking for this truck right now.

Please tell me why you paid so much for something you hate and want to change.
I love my truck. That is why I am willing to spend my limited discretionary excess income making it be exactly what I want it to be.

I would think settling for Ford's perception of what I want would mean I really don't care about my truck...

And I'm probably a bit past what would be considered middle-aged so it's not as if I have to shake peoples houses as I drive past. But music is important to me and with the mileage I pile up, I just couldn't live with the stock system.

(easiest and smartest "mod" was dumping my Ipod and putting my music on a memory stick-I know this isn't really a mod but figured I'd add it for others frustrated on how Apple plays with Sync)
vmpv Past middle age? LOL. What's middle age?
I like it when the meter's jumpin', when the tweeter's tweetin', and when the back seat's bumpin'. Heck yeah I love bass and wanna shake houses when I ride by....ha ha ha...JK on shaking houses, but yeah I love good sounding stereo cause I enjoy music too.

All I know is that once you get infected with the mod bug, its an STD (Socially Transmitted Disease)that you cant get rid of. You usually contract it from internet forums. So you are at high risk. We all love our trucks at first,,just like when we first met our little girls we married. Heck even our girls are constantly modding themselves into beautiful hot women, spending our hard earned cash. So point is that it is a contagious and continuous vicious cycle of life that we all do at some point and time because everyone likes to feel good about their appearance and the joy of improving and the sense of accomplishment is very rewarding inside. "It makes you feel really good". Guys take time to notice or give your wife a complement when she's done something to look good, She will just light up all over. Do we really need to do any of this to our trucks, Not really but just like our wives we LOVE IT!
Koolponycar Sounds like it's something about a F-150. I cant explain it, Cant put my finger on it, Cant even describe it. Its just something. A Damn good something! Ahhh...F-150 Sex appeal
