Very time I get in this truck, I'm comfortable. It sounds good (Flowmaster). It rides like a limo. Room? Omg. Everyone that gets in say they can't believe how big it is inside. Quality materials. Looks great. I LOVE THIS TRUCK.
Why is everyone looking to refit, rebuild, re wheel, raise, lower or something. 30, 40 or 50 k for truck to start f-ing with. The next owner is looking for this truck right now.
Please tell me why you paid so much for something you hate and want to change.

Cycle For Fun and Health
The only Ford truck that I ever came close to hating (hate is a NASTY word) was my 1974 Ranchero GT. This truck had been my dream and I ordered it new from Ford. From the beginning it was a LEMON. Had a 400 CI engine. Top speed was 95 MPH. Best mileage ever was 11.5. Didn't matter whether towing my boat or just cruising. MPG was lousy. Many electrical and mechanical issues during the time I owned it. Finally sold it to my x father in law.
Overall just a lousy vehicle.
Hope I never have another like it.

I love my truck more than I have any other vehicle!! I think that I did some mods to my truck because Ford charges more for some of the different packages than what I could buy the aftermarket parts for on a truck. I like the FX4 look and I was able to buy some mods a heck of a lot cheaper than Ford would have sold it to me. There are many things that Ford got cheap with...a light under the hood!! Really, this is one of the cheapest MODS but yet ford obviously doesn't want us under the hood so they didn't feel it necessary to put a light. Everyone's style is different and their trucks represent their personality!! I respect everyone for being an individual...even though I may not like the look they choose...but I don't have to pay for it!! I don't like the cookie cutter vehicle, house, etc.

I believe there is always room for improvement in my truck, no matter what. Luckily i only spend a couple grand on my trucks and keep all stock parts.
So i personally never hate my truck. Just things i wish i could improve quicker than my paycheck allows.

I love MY truck and love to make it MINE and not look like every other truck on the road. I have a problem(wife's choice if words) with not leaving anything stock. I just can't, I modded my bikes when I was a teenager.
I feel that every single mod I have done serves a purpose and wish Ford would offer many of the mods I have done. Why do trucks always have a rake to them? Mines level now! Why do trucks come with street tires? Mines got A/Ts now! Why not a power locking tailgate? Mines got it now! Why they only offer power steps on the highest models? Mine has AMP Steps now! Bedliners, LED lights, the list goes on and on!

I hate mine because:
Everytime I drive it, I get a ridiculous smile on my face that last for hours.
When I'm not driving, I think about driving it. Makes it hard to concentrate.
It's not self cleaning. It's so much fun too take to the beach or go mudding, but it gets dirty. It looks so good clean, it's hard not to spend hours hand detailing it to get it looking it's best.
The wife gets jealous cause other ladies watch me drive by and wish they had a man that drove a truck instead of the wuss they're with that drives a Prius or Volkswagen Beetle.
Because I waited until my Dodge died to get a Ford, and forced myself to drive that crappy Dodge way to long.
