Question Wheels and Tires

I have a 2010 Platinum 4x4. I am wanting to put new wheels and tires on my truck. I am going to go with the Fuel Mavericks and the Nitto Terra Grappler G2. I'm not sure what diameter to go with on the wheel (18" or 20"). I think I'm leaning towards the 18" wheels because I've read in a few places that they would look better. I also don't know what size tire to get. I want about a 34". My question is what offset on the wheel would I need to run a 295/70r18 with no chance of rubbing?

Edit: I also want the wheels/Tires to stick out a little bit behind the fenders for the look. Not too much though to where it looks odd.

I have decided to go with the 18x9 wheel. I do not know what offset to go with

I actually have a 2010 Platinum as well and am currently running 295/70r18 Trail Grapplers with a 2" leveling kit on +18 offset wheels. It gives it a really clean and aggressive stance, without making it look too wide and requiring fender flares. I had to trim both sides of the bottom plastic portion of the front bumper, but it didn't need a whole lot gone.
