Default Wheel and Tire HELP!!

Hey there you guys now I have searched all over the net but really can't find too much info on a wheel and tire setup I have been wanting to get maybe you guys can help me! First off I have been looking at the Ultimate Lift kit from f150lifts.com I would have it on a 3inch lift on the front and 2inch rear now I have been debating if I should go for the 22x10 or 20x10 Fuel 251 D Nutz wheels. Here is a couple of pics I found online but don't know the life and tire size this person is running? I know these are the 22x10 wheels I like can anyone tell what the lift is and the tire size? Much appreciated

Look's to be a 4" with 22's and 33's?? I could be wrong though.
Try looking @customwheeloffset site and go thru the gallery, lot of pics there you can use for reference.
