101,000 miles.
1) driveshaft clunk at 12,000 miles. Known issue, fixed at dealer under warranty in less than an hour. Put in new upgraded slip-joint grease. No issues since then.
2) Both keys replaced under warranty at 18,000 miles..the remote functions stopped working on one of them. No issues since then.
3) Both running boards showing rust at 16,000 miles. ( they are the black tubular "FX Apperance Pkg" style). Both replaced under warranty. I had the new ones "Line-X"d before installation...no issue since.
4) Drivers-side A/C blend-door actuator went bad at 70,000 miles. Out of warranty, dealer wanted $3000 to fix. Bought the part for $11.00, fixed it myself in about 5 hours. No issues since.
5) 3rd brake light developed massive leak at 60,000 miles. I got replacement part under recall/ warranty, installed myself and also used some liquid gasket sealent. No issues since then.
I think Ford/ the dealer did right by me on the warranty issues. The truck has been flawless otherwise.
I do oil change every 4,000 miles with Mobil 1 and Motorcraft filter.
Changed coolant at 50K and 100K
Changed ATF @ 100K.
Changing spark plugs soon.
Great truck, has never let me down.

2011 scab xlt 3.7L. 200,409 miles. Motor was replaced at 127,000 miles with a crate motor by Ford (some ticking/oil problem), and transmission replaced at 175,000 miles (reason unknown). Both have warranties for another 2 months. I bought the truck with 187,000 miles and no issues yet.

2011 F150 5.0 with 76,000 miles on it. No major repairs besides previous owner getting whole driver door replaced for who knows what. Only reason I know is because the factory door jamb sticker isn't there and when I removed the door edge protector and used some Goo-Gone to get rid of the adhesive, some of the paint came off and that was the only door that did that. It still looks good and I have no complaints with the pickup.

2012 107k as of today.
1. Slip yoke clunk was addressed at about 20k miles, it is back again but haven't addressed it, not sure if I will. Pretty benign, only hear it backing out of my driveway.
2. Coolant reservoir cracked, about $600 to replace.
3. EPAS advantacetrac was giving me warnings a while ago, hasn't been an issue for 40k miles. Not going to address this unless it fails completely.
4. Spark plugs changed twice, transmission filter and 7 quarts of fluid changed. Oil changes at 7-10k miles.
