Cab leak driver side found
On my 2010 Screw F150 I am getting water in the driver side trough that holds the wiring harness just under the door sill. Carpet is wet and the trough in the door sill is often full of water. This happens when the truck is just parked and it rains. Today I went through the car wash after 2 weeks of dry weather and voila, the thing is full of water again. What I discovered is water coming in the forward end of the wiring harness trough when it comes off the windshield and into the compartment just below the wiper motor. (See photo). I have not seen this particular leak covered in this forum, so here you go.
I put a hose into just that area under the wiper motor and get water flowing from 'somewhere' into and through the wiring harness bundle and into the trough. In normal situations, water will come off the windshield and into this area, but it should not come inside the cab.
Now I just need to figure out exactly how it is coming inside, and how to fix it. If anyone has seen this and knows how to fix it, please let me (us all ) know.
thanks
Eric

I was having a similar issue such as yours, took it into my dealer and they had to reseal the windshield, appears the glue must have weakened in one spot and was causing my issue. Hope this helps!

The windshield was put in about a month ago. I watched them do it. From what I saw, it does not look like it would leak. Also, I ran the hose directly into the compartment below the wiper motor and didn't even touch the windshield and that's when the water started pouring in. Thanks for the tip though, might help someone else.
