What are your rules in your truck?
#341
Looking through this thread, there seems to be a lot of touch the glass, don't tell how to drive, feet on the dash, eating, drinking, enter/exit, touching the radio and farting rules...LOL
It is so funny. I guess some of y'all ride with a bunch of touch everything, tell you what to do, complain and full of gas folks...ha ha ha

Pretty much everything I heard (eating, feet on dash, screwing with the creature comforts, puking, etc) is basic, common sense approach of respect for other people's stuff.
But one thing, that I would imagine someone would ask first, and will never be allowed, is NO SMOKING.

-no smoking
-no feet on the dash board
-no giving directions
-if you sit in the passenger seat you are not a passenger you are the NAVIGATOR-and be good because if you mis turn....????
-if you are in the truck then you go where it points not where you want it t point.
-Driver controls radio/music

I know it's silly, but I hate when passengers close the air vents or adjust them to ridiculous angles... I have to have them either perfectly straight or pointing at the side window...

Unique & Different
It is just so funny to me that so many people has mentioned "don't touch the radio" I would figure, the nerve of some one to get in your vehicle and turn off what "YOU" are listening to. Who does that? Spouses? Kids? Your friends?
I am so glad people do not do stuff like that in my truck. Now mind you, I do have respect for different people riding with me and I would not have it as loud as I would if driving alone or with my husband. And I have respect for my Mom and Grandmama, and other people who are dear to me, to not play music with a lot of cursing and stuff.

this thread is hilarious. but i secretly have similar rules...that's probably why i rarely have passengers!
ppl with muddy shoes...PLEASE kick off the extra dirt before coming in and don't rub it all over the side carpeted areas! keep those muddy shoes ON THE MAT where i can keep the inside clean! heck, i keep my muddy shoes in the truck bed!
oh yah...def no smoking & no feet on my dash. damn trashy ppl.

I spend 2 hours or so making my interior spotless. Then 3 days of work and it's filthy. Impossible to keep clean with my job and that's being careful. My co-worker's vehicles are disguisting.

I agree with the masses no smoke no feet on dash or out the window no loading or unloading from the side of the box and god forbid you slide that little metal Levi button down the side of the truck... Oh yeah and if your cat walks across my hood it won't be coming home!

Get in, sit down, shut up and hold on!
