What are your rules in your truck?

This thread is funny because the nerve of people to get in another person vehicle and do the stuff mentioned on here, like putting feet on the dash, touching everything, etc. I'm glad I have not experienced stuff like that. My kids are 3 and 4 years old, so they have put their hands on the windows and feet on the seat while climbing into their car seat.

Just like your home, you do not want people coming in with muddy shoes, smoking in your house if you do not smoke, messing with stuff in your house, eating and leaving a mess, and change the channels on your TV at free will.

I don't really have any rules. People who get in my truck know that I am a clean person by the way I maintain my vehicles and house. Therefore, they take care of my stuff when around. Even my kids know to take care of their toys and stuff. Just the way I was raised and the way I am raising my kids.

My truck is a hiking and ski truck. I stand no chance of keeping it clean for longer than a day. I guess someone will get smacked if they approach it with a cigarette, and I do get bothered by people not wearing seatbelts (I'm the one who has to pay for the new windshield, ya know...), but otherwise, anything goes.

♫♪ I Hold On ♫♪
My only rules are this:
*NO smoking
*NO change or hair ties in the cup holders, cell phones and drinks are fine but nothing else
*If you fart or sneeze, roll the window down to allow it to leave
*I control what is played, unless I hand the remote to someone else..
*My dog owns the back seat so yes, there is some hair, I try to keep it clean up oh well.
*Do not for any reason leave my doors open in the rain..I HATE THAT!
*Keep windows rolled up unless for some reason. Ref. to rule 2
*Do not tell me how to drive or to slow down...I will only go faster.
*Yes, I always know where I am going and how best to get there, PERIOD!
*If you are going to eat, please just be careful
*Drinks of any kind are fine, assuming they are legal
*I park far away..don't complain its good for you to walk
*Do NOT push your feet into my fuse panel cover or into my carpet, keep them on the mat!
That's pretty much it.

ONLY Major Rule:
The step bars ARE NOT for you to boost yourself air-born while entering in order to make a crash landing in the seats causing the truck to bounce and jerk in funky directions!! Also, along the same line, don't just slide your fat, lazy *** off the side edge of the seat when exiting the truck. It flattens the edges QUICK! That's what the step bars ARE for.

I love imaging the situations that HAD to have occurred for some of these rules to really "enforced" by everyone here.
I'm not bashing, seriously, its interesting.
For example, I hate streaks on my glass. Particularly the windshield and front two windows, and will get really pissed very quick if youre sitting there running your greasy *** nose, face, hands or whatever all over them because its funny....
Can we start that? (Not hijacking) with your rule (or *one* main rule) include what happened to make you so touchy about that one thing.
For me it was my wife, eating fast food on a vacation drive she starting to point at stuff. However "pointing" included a manual gesture of touching the glass where she wanted me to look.
THAT was what made me so touchy, among other instances, but that set the ground rule from there on out.
