Trouble removing key ignition
I have a '13 F150 XLT. As of yesterday, I am having trouble removing my key from the ignition. I do not carry a lot of keys that might put any undue stress on it. Is there anything like WD40 I can spray in it to help get things moving or will it wipe out any electronics in the steering column?

There is a solenoid that locks the key in place in drive, reverse, but it should de-energize in park position, could be faulty, it broke on my 09, easy 15 minute $75 fix.
Graphite is best for locks but no longer sold most places; silicone is better than water displacement 40, which seems to disappear too fast.

Graphite works great on any lock that get hard to turn or sticky. Just get a rag spray some in the key hole and put you key in and out of it to help clean out the lock. It should work much better.

If can't pull the key out try pulling down on the steering wheel.
