Default OE Rearview Camera / Aftermarket HU

Ok, I have been searching for an answer to this and not finding complete answers, I am wanting to move this from my rearview mirror to my Pioneer AVH-4300DVD headunit. I know the wires are White/Green for Video + and the Brown/Violet for Video -.

Has anyone done this and can point me to where the wires are located, i.e. driver side or passenger kick panels?

Mine were the driver side kick panel with the hood release handle. Mine were taped together with the shielded cable so it was pretty easy to find.

Did you splice into the existing wires or cut them and only run to the HU?
