Default What running boards are you guys running?

I recently sold my factory FX running boards and was curious what else is out there. I am leaning toward the NFabs, which Ive had before. Just curious what some of you guys are running that looks good on these trucks. As always pics are a must . Thanks

These are what I have. Wife thought it was ridiculous at first to spend that kind of money. Now, she wouldn't have the truck if she couldn't have a set on it. It really is a lot to spend on a set of steps, but I've never experienced any that I like this much or would get in place of these.

I had the 6 step wheel-to-wheel nFabs on my 2006. They are nice, very nice in fact for a tube step style running board. They fit the "look" I was after with that truck for sure.
The new truck came with power steps and now I'm spoiled. I can honestly say that if and when I do get another truck that it will NEED to have power steps for sure. They're just that nice. They're spendy...but damn worth it.

Amp power steps or nothing for normal use . I had nerf bars on my old truck and they were pointless, if your going to step on the bar why not just go all in? The Amps are the only ones that really give you a mid point to step on so it's not pointless to use them.

+1
RCI also utilizes the 3rd set of mid-point mounting holes already in the truck for even more solid mount. Even so, they're not rock sliders (as I had on my former Nissan Frontier) which I don't need anyway. BTW, a full set of RCI skids (engine/trans/t-case/tank) is arriving here tomorrow in bare .250 5052).

RCI doesn't (yet) offer side bars/boards for the shorter S-Cab body but Josh says he intends to do that soon. He needs an S-Cab mule to confirm dimensions different from S-Crew, so somebody in vicinity of Ft Collins CO might want to contact him.

In the meantime, I've been watching for a nice set of Raptor S-Cab boards and scored a used set from ADD last Saturday. Cleaned 'em up and installed Sunday afternoon. Raptor boards are heavy cast aluminum, spray coated w/ matching stuff Ford uses for bed liners. Mounting brkts are shorter to keep boards closer to rockers for increased ground clearance. Nice!
