Hit by a bus

Hit by a bus
So I come out from work to find a business card under my wiper. The card is from a local charter bus company. It says "Call for damages". That's it! I'm confused at first. Then it hits me (no pun intended). I get out and walk around my truck. Sure enough the passenger side of the rear bumper is caved in. Grrr.
Apparently there was a charter bus driving through our lot today (no, i'm not sure why) and he cut the corner too close. Thankfully he left a note I guess.

That sucks, at least they were honest.

As much as it sucks, the fact that they left the note shows they're willing to admit to mistakes, so hopefully the process of getting your truck fixed will be "easy"... Good luck.

Hey that sucks but at least he stopped and left a note, unlike the bus driver that hit the rear passenger side bumper of my 2008 f150 screw while I was in it at a red light. The dumbass tried to drive off I had to chase him down and threaten him to get him to stop. When undid get him to stop a mile down the road he had the nerve to look at me and say, "what's the big deal?" That really tested my patients.

You have a HUGE break that they were honest. I am as lucky recently went my truck had the hood dented by a guy cleaning out the gutters that my landlord paid to do the work. He came right to the door and fessed up. $2200 (yes, that's what it costs to replace our hood because the dent can't be removed and any form of filler would crack) later and I have a new RK Sport Ram Air Hood sitting in the garage and will be in the shop in a few weeks getting paint. I'm going to do some of the work myself to try and save enough money to pay for my pumper I bought to replaced my dented one (from a women that I'm sure I'll never see a dime from).
Good luck.
