What did you trade in on your truck??

I traded in the very first vehicle I had ever bought - My 99 XLT extended cab. I'm thinking the 09 is gonna stay around for a while. The 99 had 133,000 miles on it and together with trade in value and rebates I got 16,450 so I estimate around 7,500 for the truck. Not too bad since i bought it for 10,500and had it for 4 years and put on 50,000 miles.

I traded my 2009 Chevy Silverado LTZ Crew on my new 2010 Lariat Screw and could not be happier. After 23 Chevy's, Ford has a die hard fan. So much do that we also traded my wife's 2008 Chevy Suburban in for a new Expedition and I just traded in one of my company trucks (yes, another Silverado) on an XLT Supercab. No more government motors for us.

I traded in a near new 2008 GMC Sierra Denali AWD. The GMC was a nice truck but the 2010 F150 is head and shoulders above the GMC.
After GM and the UAW with the help of the US government screwed the General Motors bond holders in bankruptcy court by negating decades worth of bankruptcy law I could no longer drive a GM product.

Traded in a 08 Toyota Tundra crew cab. Loved the Tundra but it was that time to get a new one. You know how us farmers are. We have to spend some money on occasion. I hate it when the book keeper calls me and says you need to spend some money and do it quick.

Traded in a 2001 Tacoma with 77k miles. They gave me 10k for it.
i told them no trade initially in order to see what they were really giving me. Got a 2010 Lariat now and lovin it.

2007 Tundra for me,dont miss it at all. Seems each day I find something else about the Ford that I like more than I did on my Tundra. Today's new excitement was putting 1300 lbs in the bed, and it didn't squat near as much as my Tundra did with the same weight. Wont own another Toyota truck till they add some metal to the exterior and spend more than $8 total on the interior materials.
