What am I looking at?
Couple of weeks ago, while camping, a friend got stuck and i went on to pull him out. When i switched the truck in 4H mode, i heard noises coming from the front end and the truck wouldnt move in 4H. When i looked down there was some leaking coming from the front diff, but i am on the process of regearing, so i wasent concerned much with issue. And the leak was so minimal that it didnt cause any oil leak on the parking floor. Today i found little under the truck and when i looked, i found this..
if you look closely, its like if something holding the diff that is broken.
if anyone has any idea please chime in.

Looks like that bracket shifted and broke under stress. Also looks like you have some damage to a seal on the side of that diff.

Is that bracket OEM or did it come with the lift?
By stress, do you think it was caused by the 20x12 wheels and 35s?
I have an appointment next week to get 4.56 gears on, maybe that will release a bit of stress on the diff.

It looks like quite a bit of shift there. The pumpkin and driveline angle look really bad. I think you're leaking out of that seal because there is no longer any tension on that bolt where the bracket slipped out.
I don't really like the colour of that drip either. Possible water contamination?

I'm not really sure if there is any water, but as for the bracket, its from the Fabtech lift kit. the provider said they had the same issue with these brackets before and they have alternatives ready to go. So since they will do the regearing, the brackets will be changed under warranty and they will have a look at the internals of the diff.
