Default RSC light on, anybody had it worked on

My car with sliding tires symbol RSC light is on since I bought the truck two weeks ago. It runs fine but light bugs me; have ordered an Autolink 6019 scanner to get a code but haven't received it yet.

Tried to reset light, and was ale to get it to flash following owners manual info ; but it always defaults back to being always lite up.
I suspect it is one the wheel sensors. Any ideas. Roll over stability control would be good to have over the winter here.

Did you buy the truck new or used? If it is used, it could have a tune in it that someone had disabled the traction control. I did this with mine, but I could not stand having the light lit all the time, so I enabled it again.

I bought it used; but it was a work truck so I doubt it was tuned.

Lots of clicks, over 200k miles so a sensor not working is understandable, nothing lasts for ever.
So the traction control and ABS will still function with the RSC light on ?

How do I turn the RSC back on ?

I tried owners manual instructions but couldn't do it.

Was it hard to reactivate .

I was easily able to reprogram TPMS when I changed a damaged sensor.

Like I said before, everything I did was through the tuner. First I disabled it then I enabled it. Other than the traction control on the dash, I don't know of any other way of turning it on in a stock truck.

Check the fuses that operate on this system. Fuse 36 controls RSC and ABS and I think there might be one or two more.

Thanks for the replies guys. Had no contact with original owner so not sure about a tune being done; kinda doubt it on a XL work truck.

So I checked 36,47,82 etc using a meter with fuses out and no luck everything seems ok.

I have a new scanner ordered that does ABS, airbags etc hoping it might turn up something so I don't have to go to the dealer and bend over.

At least the 4X4 is ok.
