wallet card / keypad code
can anyone tell me what the wallet card that the factory key code is supposedly on looks like? What other information is on it?
I'm just now getting around to using my entry keypad and I looked through my owner's manual folder and I didn't see anything I would call a wallet card other than the roadside assistance card.
I'll go talk to the dealer if I have to to get the code but I was hoping to avoid it.
Thanks.

I think it has a hole in it and it actually comes attached to the original keys. At least that's how mine came. I think it has the key codes and the 5 digit entry code on it.

wallet card
I have the wallet card that they are talking about. I will email you a picture if you still need it? when the bat from my camera is charged! It is the size of a credit card, with a five digit number code on it, above a barcode. Mine is white with blue lettering and was taken from the owners manual packet.

On my 2011 I have a card and no keypad. I bought PN 9L3Z-1522405-AB per Tasca's direction and was told it was pretty much plug and play. Anyways I installed it today, it has power but doesn't do anything. How can I activate it? Maybe the card in my truck is wrong, but even hitting the 7.8 and 9.0 to lock doors doesn't work!
