Default stock radio wattage

Want to replace my factory speakers on my 2013 F150 as the 2 front ones are blown. Anyone know the wattage the factory radio puts out? It is the 4.2inch MyFord head unit. Right now I just want to upgrade the speakers and see how they sound, but want to make sure the new ones won't be underpowered by the factory radio.

My 2013 has the 1.5×6" display which is the base unit. The speakers that I took out were 25 watts each at 4 ohms. Fronts and rears.

Ok, thanks. My speakers sounded decent until the front ones started going out. For now will probably put some decent 6x8s in the front and rear doors, $70-$100 per pair. Eventually put an aftermarket double din radio in it. Just wish the dash kits to do that weren't $250-$300.

Bought 4 Sound Ordinance 5x7s from Crutchfield. They sound better than the stock speakers and were only $100 for all 4. At least all of them work now. One day I'll upgrade the head unit and get a subwoofer......
