Those new EcoBoosts are no joke. TONS of power and torque, and smooth as glass at all operating ranges. REALLY quick, too.

I drove the full range of engines in the 2011's at the Shootout in Houston, this past weekend. Overall, it was quite impressive. Even the base 3.7 v6 had some great get-up-and-go. The 6.2 left a bit to be desired, however. I'll tell you this much, the 5.0 will 'wow' you.

For those concerned about tent ventilation, where the dyno was located. Only 2 sides of the tent had walls. The corners behind the camera were totally open.
