I'm going to take out my rear stock blocks on the leafs and see if that changes anything. Is everyone here 4wd? I think it's a pinion angle or driveshaft problem. We will see.

I had that issue on my 04 Titan...and it was a 2wd. It's when I replaced the shelled tranny with a Dana 60....something with the pinion - drive shaft angle?....it was a pain in the a** .I had helper springs on the rear, then went air bags. But I never had a vibration...not until the pinion started going out for like the 3rd time! Evidently ...if that pinion seal isnt replaced correctly it can cause obviously leaking around the differential , grind and vibrate.

I just replaced my tires for this reason. Dealers, all 3, kept saying tires. After 2 sets of pirellis and ford offering to kick in some money i bought the BFG long trails. Guess what, vibration improved, but still there. Now I'm on the hook for cash and the issue is still present!! Im so over this problematic Fix Or Repair Daily!!!

A suggestion for those of you who have tire issues: go to Discount Tire! When I started this thread and was dealing with my vibrations issues, I talked to the local discount tire who talked to their Goodyear Rep and they warrantied my tires for me, allowing me to get into a set of Goodyear Duratracs for basically nothing. I think I paid $125 total for a new set of Duratracs after I'd already put about 8-9K miles on the stock goodyears.

thanks Discount tire!

BTW, tires do NOT fix the vibration.

I get a slight shake around 84-89 mph. Not as bad as some of yours sound though. I have aftermarket 22" wheels and 305-45-22 Nitto 420s tires. I also have Ground Force 2/4 lowering kit which uses de-arched leaf springs and relocates the carrier bearing.

Quick update on my vibration. I mentioned my LEER slam door was misaligned due to the vibration. Took the truck to the LEER dealer who found a loose bolt in the hinge. They took apart the entire slam door assembly and reassembled it. It appears to have mostly eliminated the vibration for me. Time will tell if that holds true.

My '14 4x4 Eco still has this vibration. I've taken it to two different dealers that can't fix it. Currently vibrates from 50+ mph to worst at 82 mph. Toll road near me is posted 85 mph.

They have balanced the tires, road force balanced, replaced left rear tire and replaced all 4 tires. Vibration is worse after replacing all the tires. They keep saying it's the Pirelli tires.

Shop manager drove some other trucks on the lot. Found one that drove good. Took those rims/tire (not Pirelli's) and put on my truck. Vibration was better but still there but somewhat better.

Service manager and myself drove my truck an Eco boost 4x4, 2 other 4x4 eco's and 5.0 4x4. Every eco boost had the vibration. The 5.0 I could barely feel at 82 mph. So little vibration in the 5.0 compared to the Eco's. Service manager says it's a characteristic of the Eco.

Waiting to get Ford engineering to look at it and get a vibration analysis done.

I've been in touch with Ford customer service but really do not get any info from them at all. Just that she will follow up with the dealer.

Maybe if I find a 5 foot lemon and drop it in the bed it will go away. So tired of this issue.
