Default Good intentions

Came home after being away for 12 days, and the wife cleaned and waxed up my fx4 for me . Looks gorgeous. Buuuuttt. She got some polish on the black textures fender flares :s.

Anyone have tips on how to get rid of these marks?

Also a 50/50 mix of IPA(isopropyl alcohol) and water will work as well.

Alcohol, vinegar or ammonia will all remove wax. I usually use windex to clean the flares right before applying Turtle Wax re-finisher. Seems to get all the wax off and keep them bright.

Peanut Butter will remove the wax from the textured flare.

Ok, this is definitely one of those solutions that makes you wonder how this was originally discovered???

Yeah! Maybe it was like the old commercials of Reese's Pennut Butter cups when they sort of bumped into their truck eating a PB&J and had to wipe it off and viola!
