Tuxedo Black All Dressed Up

Tuxedo Black All Dressed Up
I spent almost 7 hours yesterday detailing my truck. I used a claybar system and followed that with a nice thick coat of polymer based wax. The paint feels as smooth as glass!
I used to be partial to the shadow grey color from my old mustang but this tuxedo black looks dam good when it's all polished up.

Ford hit a home run with "texedo black". Truck looks great! I can practically see your neighbors truck envy from here!

Really? I don't know why I hate that color ( I own it) might be because I'm a detailer by trade but I really dislike all the multiple metallic colors.
Op your truck does look nice and clean though

Nothing better than a freshly washed and waxed black truck. Mine hasn't had a bath in a while, and claying followed by a fresh coat of wax would do it some good. There's so much pollen out there right now that it's kind of pointless for me though.

Thanks guys, yea it was time. The Florida sun takes a tole on your paint if you don't take care of it. My neighbor has a black Titan and has actually told me on more than one occasion that I have the nicest truck in the neighborhood haha!

As another Tuxedo Black owner... Looks great!!!
My only issue with it... the great look only seems to last until I pull out of the garage. Then it seems to be a dust/pollen magnet and the 'flake' in the paint only emphasizes the dust particles. .
