Hey Guys, I've just bought a 2010 F150 XLT 4x4. The left turn signal is fast flashing although none of the lamps are blown or out on either side.......any ideas?

You have a burnt bulb somewhere... Check the third brake light bulbs

There are 2 bulbs per side in the back, the side hyper flashing likely has one of them burned out or disconnected.

yup exactly as Rnlcomp says....

i had hyper flash shortly after getting my truck last year and couldn't figure it out, even had a friend sit and press the brake, tun on signals evey thing... nothing looked burned out then I noticed one tail light looked dimmer..... popped it out and sure enough, one bulb was out.
